Bree is a dedicated fitness coach and yoga instructor. She has a diverse background in athletics and training, combined with over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, teaching, and coaching. As a result of this unique combination of experiences, Bree is a strong coach and mentor who will motivate, inspire, and lead you directly to your goals. She uses performance-based methodology, working collaboratively with clients to achieve results based on individual needs. Workouts are designed to be challenging and ever-changing – producing full-body results. Not only will you achieve physical strength, but mental strength as well.

Philosophy

Throughout my career, I have been of service to others. As a teacher, a coach, and a school administrator, I have had the privilege of leading and guiding students, athletes, and faculty. Now, as a full-time fitness professional and yoga instructor, I aim for the same goal: to serve and inspire. I motivate each and every client to reach their full potential. We are capable of much more than we think we are. As a coach, it is my job to set that expectation and show you how to get there. More importantly, I care about you—your goals, needs, and overall well-being. I am here for my clients beyond the gym walls. Sometimes it just takes the right coach-client relationship to get that fitness spark going. Let’s get started.
